As you may know, we are back from a hiatus. Patreon is currently closed but we may look at setting it up again in the future. Our patrons were essential to our existence. The generous support of our amazing patrons meant we could support 700 writers gain writing experience and step onto the journalism ladder, as well as providing an outlet for everyone to keep their creativity alive.

“Just Like Us was founded for a simple reason: growing up LGBT+ is still unacceptably tough.” To change this, Just Like Us recruit, train and support LGBT+ young people aged 18-25 to be volunteer Ambassadors, who go into schools and colleges across the country to deliver sessions championing LGBT+ equality and inclusion.
