Consent for Feelings.
In this era of rushing around, there’s no time for sitting down.
Emails, phone calls, meetings, Facebook, Instagram... This puzzled life is trivia on the stage of social media.
Our emotions get reduced to thousands of pictograms where we all get boost for showing our best smile but for many, deep inside, feelings are hiding under a sheath pile.
How often do we hide behind our screens and business to avoid the dizziness that comes from looking inwards?
The guiltiness of not being productive. The unsteadiness of the senses. The necessity of being shiny, so the mirrors don’t reflect our soul is in despair?
What if we get some air and retreat to our chambers.
Do ourselves a favour and start listening to what the Self remembers but we forgot...
Silence is all we’ve got.
Giving permission to wash our cheeks with salty drops of water,
To clean all the clotter that has been there for lives.
Allowing the desire to flourish and admire the ephemeral flow of our inner highs and lows.
Welcoming the intensity, observing the flux density, and accepting, the discomfort that will hold our hands when crossing the bridge to the light that awaits behind nature’s plans.
Approving enjoyment that has remained dormant inside a heart that’s been chained and a voice that sounds strained when we don’t let our feelings fly.
Agreeing to recognise the natural roller coaster. This mind is such a boaster!
Sentiments will arise sometimes pleasant, sometimes dry.
Impermanence, movement. Priority to our instincts. Don’t you know that we’re all mystics?
Signals proves our guidance. The body becomes defiant when silenced and ignored. Isn’t this for sure? We can definitely not afford to live a life holding a shield and a sword.
We’re all rowing this precious boat. Let ourselves afloat and rest on luminous glowing, that will ignite our powerful growing, when we allow our souls the time to sit and do some healing when we give consent for feelings
